Order Cancellation Policy
IBC & Containers (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd) understands that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will stop the order and issue a full refund — including any delivery charge paid — to your original payment method.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be stopped in transit. If you no longer want the goods, your 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period) applies from the day you receive them. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for how to return the goods and how return costs are handled. For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods; given the size and weight of IBC containers, contact us first so we can advise on the most economical return option.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full, including delivery. Orders returned under your cooling-off right are refunded within 5 business days of us receiving the goods back (and in any case within 14 days as required by law).
Cancellations by Us
In rare cases we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable or a pricing error is identified. If this happens we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
