Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. The exact payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We never see or store your card details.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices shown include UK VAT at 20% (our VAT number is GB987256073). There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on +44 1282 270214 or at sales@ibcandcontainers.co.uk. After delivery, you still have a 14-day right of return.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is delivery?

We charge a flat delivery fee of £65 per order, UK-wide.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a working day begin processing the same day. Dispatch takes 1–2 business days and transit a further 3–5 business days — so 4–7 business days in total.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our own warehouse in Burnley, Lancashire. As UK domestic deliveries, there are no customs charges or import duties.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No — we currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched we email your tracking details so you can monitor delivery.

Products

What condition are your containers?

We supply new, reconditioned and rebottled IBC containers and drums. Each product's condition grade and specification are clearly stated on its product page, so you know exactly what you are ordering.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your goods, plus a further 14 days to return them. There is no restocking fee. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
